CLM Projects Leeds Ltd builds and repairs homes across Leeds: full bathroom refits and leak repairs, driveways and gardens, extensions and structural work. Every job is surveyed and priced by our director, run on site by our own team, and signed off before we leave.
You get a written quote that says exactly what's included, a booked start date and staged payments that follow the work. If something extra comes up once a job is opened up, we stop, show you, and agree the price before going further. Nothing is added to your bill without your agreement.
We buy from the same Leeds and Yorkshire trade merchants on every job, use registered electricians for electrical work, and guarantee our workmanship. Our approach is summed up by: Built on Trust. Built to Last.
