What We Fit in Garforth
- - Full bathroom refits, from stripped-out to finished
- - Ensuites, including squeezing one into a smaller house where it works
- - Wet rooms and walk-in showers
- - Tiling, floors and walls
- - Updating a tired bathroom without ripping out what's still good
We Look at the Real Room First
Before we price, we check the floor, where the waste runs, water pressure and the extractor. Every house is different, and a bathroom is where the surprises hide. Looking first means the quote reflects your actual room, not a guess from a photo. If something won't work, we'll tell you straight.
One thing we're upfront about: we don't do gas work. If your job touches the boiler, you'll need a registered gas engineer, and we'll plan around that from day one. Everything else — plumbing, tiling, finishing — we handle.
How It Goes
- Free quote. We come and look, measure up and talk through what you want.
- A clear plan and timescale. A full refit usually takes 1-2 weeks. We agree the exact timeline with you before we start.
- Done tidy. We keep the house clean at the end of each day, and we're close enough to Garforth that the job keeps moving.
We buy from our regular trade merchants, we're fully insured (public liability), and we're honest about timescales.
Also Covering Rothwell and the Area Around Garforth
Based in LS14, we regularly work in Garforth, Rothwell, Kippax, Crossgates and Austhorpe, and across Leeds. If you're looking for a bathroom fitter in Rothwell, it's a few minutes south of our base and part of our regular patch. Older stone-built streets there often mean older pipework, and we plan for that.

FAQs
Bathrooms in Garforth — Your Questions
How long does a Garforth bathroom take?
Usually 1-2 weeks for a full refit. We agree the exact timeline with you at quote stage.
Can you fit an ensuite?
Often, yes. It usually comes down to where the soil stack sits and whether the floor takes the pipe runs. We'll look and tell you honestly.
Do you plan around my existing plumbing and floor?
Always. We plan every job around the actual house, not a standard layout.
How much will a bathroom in Garforth cost?
It depends on the size, what's behind the walls and what you choose. We price after seeing the room, so the number is real.
