This website is operated by CLM Projects Leeds Ltd (company number 17000783), a Leeds-based business carrying out driveways, landscaping, bathrooms and extensions across West Yorkshire, trading as CLM Projects. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry through this site does not book any work and does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. Work is only agreed once we have written you a quotation and you have accepted it — the terms of the job itself live on that quotation, not on this page.

Prices and guidance on this site

Anything on this site about how a job is built, what affects the price, or how long something takes is general guidance written from experience. It is not a quotation and it is not advice about your specific property. Every job depends on what is already there, the ground, access, levels and drainage — which is why we come and look before giving a figure, and why no figure on this site should be treated as one.

A price is only a price when it is on a written quotation from us, addressed to you.

Photographs on this site are of work carried out by CLM Projectsunless a caption says otherwise. Where an image is used to illustrate a general point rather than to show a job we did, it is described as such. We do not present other people’s work as our own.

Using this site

You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own use. The text, images, layout and branding belong to us, so please do not republish them commercially or present them as your own work without asking first.
