5.0 / 5 · 21 Google reviewsFree, no-obligation quotesFully insured
Rothwell is a few minutes south of our LS14 base and part of our regular patch, so a bathroom here gets the same small team from strip-out to the final seal. The older stone-built streets often hide pipework that has been altered over the years, while on the newer estates the brief is usually a smarter finish or making a modest room work harder. Either way we check the floor, the waste run, water pressure and the extractor before we price, so the quote fits your room rather than a guess from a photo. Full refits, ensuites, wet rooms and tiling, fully insured. A free quote is the easiest way to start.
A Rothwell Bathroom, Planned Around the House
Garforth is just up the road from our base too, and we fit bathrooms there week in, week out — as well as in Kippax, Crossgates, Austhorpe and across Leeds.
- - Full refits from stripped-out to finished — usually 1-2 weeks, with the exact timeline agreed before we start
- - Older pipework in the stone-built streets checked at the quote, not discovered halfway through
- - Ensuites where the soil stack and floor allow it — and a straight answer if they don't
- - Plumbing, tiling and finishing by one team. We don't do gas work, so anything touching the boiler is planned in with a registered gas engineer from day one
