Every project here is our own work, photographed on site. Where a job started with a problem, like a leak that had rotted the floor, we show what we found when it was opened up as well as the finish, because the work underneath is what makes it last.

Kirkstall · 4 days
Bathroom floor rebuilt after water damage, Kirkstall
A leak had been working away undetected beneath a Kirkstall bathroom, rotting the joists and subfloor to the point where the floor was no longer structurally sound. We stripped everything back, replaced the damaged timber, renewed the pipework throughout and refitted the bathroom ready for use.
Seacroft · 4 days
Bathroom floor rebuilt after hidden leak damage, Seacroft
A long-running leak had rotted the timber subfloor, wall studwork and joists beneath this Seacroft bathroom — damage that only became clear once we stripped the room back. We rebuilt the structure from the ground up, fitted a new bath with full shower and screen, tiled the walls, and patched the kitchen ceiling below, all in four days.
